Give your little one the best start with playful movement, music and mini-gymnastics. Our Parent & Toddler sessions are designed for 0–4 years with grown-ups leading the way, supported by our friendly coaches. Children explore fundamental skills—balance, coordination, agility and confidence—across safe soft-play set-ups and real gymnastics apparatus sized for small bodies.

Who Are These Sessions For?

  • Babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers (0–4yrs) with a parent/guardian.
  • First-time movers who need a gentle, confidence-building start.
  • Active toddlers who love to climb, roll and bounce in a safe space.

What to Expect

  • Coach-led welcome and a simple warm-up with songs and actions.
  • Free exploration time across soft play, floor shapes, low beams,
    trampettes and mini circuits.
  • Mini activities that develop rolling, jumping, balancing and landing safely.
  • Social time for children (and parents!) in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Why Parents Love It

  • Motor skills: balance, coordination and body awareness from day one.
  • Confidence: try new things with you right beside them.
  • Routine & fun: a friendly weekly habit with simple structure and lots of play.
  • Community: meet like-minded families and make new friends.
