1. Club Membership & Bookings

  • All participants must be registered in our booking system before attending.
  • A trial session may be offered before committing to regular training.
  • Places are first-come, first-served and confirmed once payment is received.

2. Fees & Payments

  • Fees are payable monthly by direct debit unless stated otherwise.
  • Late or missed payments may result in training being paused until fees are settled.
  • Refunds are not usually provided for missed sessions. Where possible, a make-up session may be offered if space allows.

3. Cancellations & Holidays

  • Club closures and holidays are published in advance on our timetable.
  • If we must cancel (e.g. adverse weather or coach illness), we’ll aim to reschedule or issue a credit.

4. Safety & Conduct

  • Gymnasts must follow coach instructions at all times.
  • Wear suitable kit: leotard or fitted sportswear, hair tied back, no jewellery; grip socks for trampolines.
  • Inform us of medical conditions on registration and keep details up to date.
  • We may exclude any participant whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.

5. Supervision & Responsibility

  • Please collect children promptly at the end of class.
  • Parent viewing is available only at designated times.
  • We take safety seriously, but gymnastics and trampolining are physical activities and participation is at your own risk.

6. Photography & Media

  • No photography or filming in the gym without prior consent (safeguarding).
  • We may take official photos and videos for club promotion with written consent from parents or guardians where applicable.

7. Competition Photo Sales

  • Photographs taken at Severn Gymnastics Club events, competitions and activities may be made available for purchase through the Severn Gymnastics Club website.
  • Access to photo galleries may be protected by a password provided by the club.
  • Purchased digital photographs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only and must not be resold, redistributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
  • Preview images may contain watermarks. Watermarks are removed only from purchased digital downloads.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are non-refundable once the download has been made available, except where required by applicable consumer law.
  • Please ensure you have selected the correct photographs before completing your purchase.
  • If you experience any problems downloading your purchased images, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
