Freestyle FAQs
Do I need experience?
No — we start with foundations and build from there using safe, achievable progressions.
Is it safe?
Yes. Coaches teach correct technique, spot key skills and use mats and progressions to reduce risk.
Can I work towards flips?
Absolutely — once your basics and landings are solid, we’ll introduce controlled progressions towards flipping skills.
What footwear is best?
Clean trainers or bare feet on the sprung floor/air track work well. Avoid loose clothing or jewellery.
