About Trampolining
Trampolining became an Olympic sport in 2000 and has continued to grow in popularity worldwide. It’s not only exciting but also builds key physical and mental skills including coordination, spatial awareness, muscle tone, stamina and patience. Every session gives participants the chance to challenge themselves, master new moves and enjoy that unique feeling of flight.
